John had been a successful IT consultant throughout his professional career. However, known as the “IT guy” he missed the human factor in his work. Today he works as an interim consultant and works with leadership in healthcare to transform hospitals to be more patient-oriented and to focus on illness prevention over curing.
John experienced that the human factor is often the missing link needed to overcome complex challenges and to co-create shared solutions with various stakeholders.
