Why founding Host2Transform:
It's the global supportive, leading and learning community I missed when I started out as a freelance trainer, consultant, educator myself. Collaborating with emerging independent freelancers always seemed somehow hard because of sub-consciouses insecurities, sense of competition or the emerging knowledge (not knowing what you didn't know, what your purpose and talent is) that often made an eco way of collaboration a messy, energy draining process and often made ego (fear and judgements) rule the outcome.

Next to Future of Work "soft skills" for nwe ways in how we work, edcuate and lead, that complements to digital, e-learning, we also provide our community the mind-set growth (peronal leaderhip) and business innovation skills to operate independently and it to be a determined choice to partner-up with Host2Transform, and it's Next Level Leadership values it drives.

Also the needs for collaboration to work with a solid team of like-minded drivers of transformation, that are equipped to gear in the moment and make the other "shine" instead of themselves.

Background in business, arts, social, innovation and science (Sociologist, Anhtropoligst, Political scientist/ GLobal Conflict Resoltions & Community Building) contributes me being a "systemic" or "design thinker". It comes natrual to me to connect the dots and see causal connections from a global, national, organisational, grass-root community, individual, micro level and vica versa.


I never knew "connecting people with themselves and others" is a skill that comes natural to me, a skills others love to learn more about to apply it in their own context, and the appreciate the way I "teach" (HOST).
