About the Founder,
Jessica Tangelder

For more than 17 years, Jessica Tangelder has helped leaders, consultants, and organizations turn complex change into sustainable transformation. Drawing on an interdisciplinary background in Business Innovation, Sociology, Corporate Anthropology, and International Relations—and experience across consulting, government, education, entrepreneurship, and social impact—she combines systems thinking, behavioral neuroscience, and social-anthropology to strengthen trust, psychological safety, and the human capabilities needed to translate strategy into lasting behavioral change.

Through HOST2Transform, Jessica partners with organizations and consultancy firms worldwide, providing leadership and transformation programs while certifying leaders and licensing consultants to apply the methodology-agnostic HOST Human-Centered Leadership framework. Her focus is simple: putting humans at the heart of transformation to create lasting impact for people, business, and society.
