How does the membership work?
We view our memberships as emerging partnerships rather than one-off programs. HOST operates without recurring annual payments. You begin with a one-time payment for your first year (or 6- or 3-month period), and if you wish to continue your HOST journey, you’ll receive a discount on your extended membership.
In your second year as an independent consultant, you’ll only invest €4,225 (instead of €8,997) for 12 months of access to the HOST Consultant License, with the opportunity to sell HOST services through the HOST platform. Depending on your business and client-facing experience, the average Return on Investment (RoI) is typically achieved since the start of your HOST membership as an (emerging) business owner.
The 6-month and 3-month memberships can be extended for 3, 6, or 12 months, with discounts ranging from 10% to 30% after your first HOST experience. Ask your HOST Faculty lead about the available options or fill out the HOST Needs Assessment to co-design your own growth experience, as these options and your needs may have changed.
Is the HOST Membership fully virtual?
Yes, all memberships are fully virtual, interactive, case and participant-led.
The additional 2 to 3-day HOST Lab Training in Amsterdam, in The Netherlands, is optional, an add-on to the HOST Consultancy License journey, not a must do, especially for those who care about their CO2 footprint.
What are the requirements of taking part in HOST?
- You commit to your own development and are able and ready to show up as an authentic person.
- You agree and sign to the HOST Community of Ethics as part of the on-boarding process. To keep it a safe and nurturing place for peer learning (no sales!).
- You align with our purpose and DNA

What to expect after payment?
After payment, we begin your onboarding process:
Step 1: You will receive an email containing the HOST Community Ethics form. Please submit this form before we can add you to the HOST Slack/Teams Community.
