Is HOST an independent approach?
HOST is 100% co-created by its participants and experienced consultants. It is not linked to the recommendation or sale of certain products or methods.
We approach our memberships as emerging partnerships versus a one-off program. HOST operates without recurring annual payments. You start with a one-time payment for the first year and if you wish to continue your HOST journey, the next year is 50% of your first year’s fee.
Is the HOST DesignTookit fully online?
Yes, all HOST DesignToolkit options are fully online.
We do offer 2 to 3-day in-person HOST Train-the-training in Amsterdam and Personal Leadership Retreats in Europe and Bali.
What are the prerequisites of joining HOST?
- You commit to your own development and are able and ready to show up as an authentic person.
- You agree and sign to the HOST Community of Ethics as part of the on-boarding process. To keep it a safe and nurturing place for peer learning (no sales!).
- You align with our purpose, DNA, experience, and challenges.
- You agree with our 30-day money back guarantee policy (see below this list).
- You have submitted the HOST Need Assessment.
Where can I find the “ask my boss/manager” template?
You would like to apply HOST for the organization you work for? Use this template with best practices to “ask your manager”, or any other decision-maker, tailored to your specific context.
After payment, we start your onboarding process:
Step 1: Via email you receive the community of HOST Community of Ethics form to submit before we can add you to the HOST Slack Community.
Step 2: You receive the “Kickstart Your HOST Journey Guide” that helps you to get started smoothly.
Step 3: Our supportive team will give you access to the HOST Upskilling Leadership Academy – that includes the HOST Fundamentals, Personal Leadership, and Business Innovations learning tracks, within max 3 work days.
