What is HOST personal leadership coaching?
Coaching helps you get clarity on a topic at hand and helps you navigate how to get to your desired outcome in a way that resonates best with who you are and meant to be(come). Furthermore we give you the guidance to enable you to “cross those wild rivers” by illuminating your limiting beliefs that block you from taking desired action.
We provide the minimal framework that enables you to first transform from the inside-out to change the world around you as you would like it. Below you see a figure that identifies where coaching begins and ends. We partner with a broad network of consultants and psychologist/therapists who we may refer to.

How to get started
Apply for your HOST experience by filling in the HOST Need Assessment. We’ll get back to you within 24-hours if we think we can be of high-impact service to you we:
- invite you for a complimentary 20-min clarity call or
- start with a direct intake joined by all key decision makers (if it concerns more people than yourself).
You receive a proposal, that include an estimated planning and the HOST Ways of Work Agreement. Based on mutual agreement, after payment, we get started on the agreed date and time.
Payment agreement
Payment can be done 50/50 – 50% before the starting date and 50% half way during your development track or by paying in full up front. We pay our team and faculty accordingly and appreciate a healthy cashflow.
Pricing memberships/ service level agreements
Our services start with a minimum of 6-months for best impact and minimum guaranteed of integration of your learnings. You invest between € 5.000 and € 15.000 excl. VAT per person and can get extended based on mutual consent.
VAT
We are a Dutch company and work according to the latest EU-VAT regulations. Which means that if you are a company or a person inside the Netherlands, or a person within the EU, you pay 21% VAT.
